1. Acceptance

By installing or running ghealth, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. What ghealth is

ghealth is single-user personal software for reading and visualizing your own Google Health data, run on a computer or server you control. It is not a hosted service offered to others; each installation serves only its operator.

3. Your responsibilities

Use ghealth only with a Google account you own or are authorized to access.
Keep your OAuth client credentials, password, access tokens, and stored data secure, including the security of the machine they live on.
Comply with Google's applicable terms, including the Google APIs Terms of Service.

4. Not medical advice

ghealth displays and summarizes data recorded by consumer fitness devices. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Readings may be inaccurate, incomplete, or missing. Do not rely on ghealth for any health decision. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

5. Availability

ghealth depends on the Google Health API, which is operated by Google and may change, be restricted, or be discontinued at any time without notice. No guarantee is made that ghealth will continue to function.

6. No warranty

ghealth is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author shall not be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability — including data loss or health consequences — arising from or in connection with the software or its use.

8. Privacy

Data handling is described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is always posted on this page.
